Got wrong item and never received response or refund

I got a totally different item than I orderes and after more than a week I got an automated response saying my email was received. It has been 3 weeks since my purchase at this point and all I've gotten in response to my requests for a return label and refund is a request to review my order! I will never make the mistake of ordering from VapeMood again and I will warn anyone I know to stay away as well. If I could give zero stars, I would.
